Every withdrawal request is checked against your deposit history and account activity. This process usually takes 1–3 business days. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transfers are traced through the payment provider's own logs.

No. Opening multiple accounts breaches our terms. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same person, phone number or address, all accounts will be closed and any funds forfeited. You may appeal the decision by emailing [email protected] within 14 days with a valid explanation.
